A colourful variety of approximately 5 lettuces varieties, including any of the following lettuces: Forellenschlus, Green oak leaf, Rubin, Green cos, Red cos and Nevada lettuce. 
Lettuces thrive in the cool season. Sow in late summer, autumn and spring. Summer lettuce can easily turn bitter and bolt unless grown with adequate water and a moderately sheltered environment.
