Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love every product you order from our store. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we can best assist you if something isn’t quite right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

    •    Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

    •    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note:

    •    Due to the perishable and biological nature of seeds, seed packets cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

    •    Digital products (such as planting calendars, e-books, or downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send an email to gaye@honeymoonfarm.co.za with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

    •    Opened seed packets

    •    Digital downloads or online materials

    •    Gift cards

    •    Sale or clearance items

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact gaye@honeymoonfarm.co.za for a return authorization and mailing instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at gaye@honeymoonfarm.co.za.
